to collaborate with our highly skilled teams.Opportunity Details:Procedures and codes are not mandatoryKey Responsibilities:Take calls from units and new admissions from emergency department or as direct admitAverage admissions: two per day with advanced provider assistancePerform direct patient care with strong subspecialist supportServices include hospital admissions, consultations, and cross coverageQualifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in IndianaIU Health Ball Memorial Physicians represents more than 200 physicians in 49 medical specialties. is a 379-bed hospital and is designated as a level 3 trauma center. It is both a teaching hospital and a regional tertiary referral center. Over the last decade, the hospital has undergone a $130 million remodel and currently serves over 82,700 patients daily.Since the early 1980s, physicians and staff members have been actively involved in national and international medical research studies, particularly in the areas of oncology, cardiology and coagulation.Community Description
