None Required / SECRET preferredJob Description:The ideal candidate will be expected to perform capture processes using BPMN, identify areas for improvement, understand complex business and IT solutions, coordinate with stakeholder teams across business and technical units to develop documentation and produce artifacts consumable by various audiences and stakeholders, utilize enterprise architecture tools and processes to achieve project deliverables, facilitate requirements sessions with various business units, and perform operational support for Enterprise Architecture.Specific Assignments Include:Serve as the accountable delivery lead for engagements.Develop an understanding of overall client strategy and how your role contributes to that strategy.Develop tools and frameworks to support alignment and decision making with the client.Develop/architect project approaches and solutions to achieve a client's desired outcome.Demonstrate understanding of client’s business and technical environment.Facilitate client discussions to drive clarity and resolution.Document and understand client processes and requirements, identify gaps, and contribute to deliverables.Engage in client sessions/discussions to capture key information and insights.Execute business analysis to capture client's business priorities and challenges.Analyze client information to capture priorities and challenges, identify opportunities, and develop insights and deliverables.Develop future state business models to support project initiatives.Communicate concisely and clearly to clients.Translate client’s business needs into business requirements, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams.Demonstrate project implementation competency using project management tools.Utilize best practices to design and deploy future state business models.Utilize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JIRA, etc.Anticipate client needs to provide timely support.Responsibilities Include:Build client relationships through proactive account management.Participate in internal knowledge capital and/or offerings development.Ensure understanding of the sales cycle and participate in proposals.Utilize expertise to identify and support opportunities.Develop relationship plans to grow current and targeted accounts.Experience Required:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.At least seven (7) years of experience developing enterprise architectures.At least three (3) years of experience on Federal Government Enterprise architecture projects.At least two (2) years of experience managing cross-functional teams.Competency in modern software development methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of databases and data access.Advanced Excel and analytical skills.Motivated to independently achieve results.Experience Desired:Experience with Department of Treasury or other Federal Agencies.Program Management Professional (PMP) accredited by PMBOK/PMI.Local to DC a plus.Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:An Enterprise Architecture certification, such as Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) is preferred.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision.Short Term Disability benefits.Life Insurance.401(k) Savings Plan.Tuition Assistance Program.Paid Time Off (PTO).11 Holidays each year.SimIS, Inc. is an AA / EOE / M / F / Disability / VET / Drug Free Employer.
