The healthcare organization specializes in serving mental health patients. The VP will have responsibility over 8-12 clinics and will need to travel to various locations within San Francisco and Los Angeles, Ca.Please NOTE: Position can be home office based.Prefer San Francisco or LA area. Must be near a major airport. Can be home based.Accountable for the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care that meets regulatory requirements and promotes a positive client experience.Develop a strategic plan to achieve financial, operational, clinical, compliance, and marketing goals.Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenue opportunities for the Company.Identify growth opportunities.Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer service, and cost-effective management of resources.Review metrics, reports, and financial statements to determine progress and implement improvement plans where indicated.Develop and maintain a sound plan of organization. Develop a comprehensive management contingency plan that provides organizational stability. Build and develop leadership teams. Hold individuals accountable for performance objectives.Ensure that the Mission, Vision, Values, and Principles are upheld throughout the organization.Develop key positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key healthcare providers, and the general public.Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and formal functions.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree and ten (10) years management level experience.Ability to read and interpret financial data.Knowledge & skills with Microsoft products & general computer literacy.Prior experience in an outpatient healthcare setting.Strong organizational skills.Demonstrated success in building high-performing operating teams.Demonstrated success in driving initiatives that yield strong results.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exhibits good time management skills.Candidate Details10+ to 15 years experienceMinimum Education - Bachelor's Degree, Master's highly preferred.Excellent compensation and benefits.
