Location: Camp Springs, MarylandInformation Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Team Technical Lead to work for our company.Summary:Client Agency is DHS. The Technical Lead is responsible for empowering cross-functional teams to meet the functional requirements set forth by the OIT-PM and product management team. The Technical Lead must have strong verbal and written communication skills and must collaborate effectively with product owners, developers, designers, scrum masters, and business analysts to build easy-to-use software applications using a variety of leading-edge technologies.Responsibilities:Communicate technical options, associated tradeoffs, and risks with the OIT-PM, product management team, and USCIS Leadership.Lead public-facing web application development and iOS/Android application development.Seek knowledge of industry trends, innovative technologies, software development methods, and tools to continuously improve product architecture, user experience, Agile development, and DevSecOps practices.Foster Agile practices within teams to enable the delivery of deployable software within specified times.Participate in design sessions, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional and integration team meetings.Provide guidance and oversight of testing practices and code reviews, ensuring the security and integrity of the code base and product.Collaborate with team members and integration partners to develop new features and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in all environments.Minimum Requirements:Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.Preferences:An active CSM or Agile certification.Work With Us:IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best-in-class vehicles.
