AZDS Interactive Group is the world’s leading digital agency for the luxury hospitality industry, offering innovative marketing and technology solutions to top-tier luxury travel brands that improve their guest experience and deliver measurable conversion increases in room nights and revenue.We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, Web Analytics to lead the planning, development, and execution of advanced web analytics tracking for our diverse portfolio of luxury travel clients.KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESImplement & Manage all Digital Tracking:

Deliver tracking capabilities through AZDS’ digital platforms to provide detailed measurement of performance, data collection, and insights.Tag Management Expert:

Manage complex, custom tagging setup across multiple ecommerce platforms.Serve as Data Layer Owner:

Own the roadmap, testing, and customization of the company’s proprietary data layer.Team Leadership:

Lead junior team members responsible for implementing tracking capabilities and mentor their growth.Be a Trusted Client Partner:

Own relationships with Clients to showcase tracking capabilities and manage professional service engagements.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP QUALITIES5+ years of experience in a web analytics role, emphasizing tagging across ecommerce platforms.Advanced experience in delivering custom tagging/measurement in Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics configuration settings.Data governance knowledge and ability to create processes for onboarding clients to standard tracking configurations.Ability to articulate data-informed insights & recommendations.Sharp attention to detail and a drive for practical perfection.Proactive approach to problem-solving and creating actionable insights.Prior experience in a digital agency and/or the travel/hospitality industries preferred.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Flexible time off policy.Hybrid work opportunity with 50% of work days able to be worked remotely.Annual performance bonus opportunity.401(k) – 4% employer match.Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (company pays 100% of premiums).Opportunity to participate in the Company’s on-site hotel & resort property familiarization travel program.Opportunity to participate in the Company’s month-long Sabbatical program.Paid time off for all major holidays.Paid week off annually between Christmas and New Year’s.The estimated base salary for this range is $70,000-$100,000 annually depending on experience, plus the opportunity for an annual performance bonus.How to Apply:
