As our Director of People Operations, you’ll be critical in driving business growth, while fostering exceptional company culture and employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our ambitious growth plans and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. You will handle all things People from supporting and being an advocate for our employees, to partnering with your Business Leaders.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and business objectives.Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Senior Management for hiring requests, hiring progress and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Employee Relations:

Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring fair and consistent practices that promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.Compensation and Benefits:

Partner with Total Rewards to ensure we have a competitive compensation and benefits programs that attracts and retains high-caliber talent while maintaining cost efficiency.Performance Management:

Ensure performance management processes drives employee engagement, development, and retention.Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates.Organizational Development:

Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, HRIS management, reporting and analytics, supporting employee growth and development, and being point of contact for all employee questions related to benefits, compensation, career development, and beyond.International Expansion:

Provide strategic guidance and support for international expansion efforts, including establishing HR policies and practices in new markets.What We Look ForExperience:

10+ years of experience in an HR/People Operations capacity in Tech, FinTech, or Financial ServicesInternational and Domestic HR Expertise:

Knowledge of international and domestic HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, visa/immigration knowledge and cultural considerations.Strategic Thinker:

Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Adaptability:
