Sales Executive / Solutions Consultant
ClearPath Connections is a Pewaukee-based technology solutions provider that puts relationships and character at the heart of its brand. We design, install and service systems and products that are critical to the safety and security of seniors, healthcare, and multifamily organizations. We are looking to add a high-energy, customer-focused team member to our Sales Team to continue to grow our reach into the senior living and multi-family marketplace and lead our telephony division.

Overview **
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales and/or customer relationship building in the telephony, acute or long-term care industries. As the Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in the development of new customers within the senior living and multi-family marketplaces and management of current relationships as the company’s base of existing customers grows. As you develop your knowledge in the communications, security and life safety solutions industry, your success will directly impact the care, safety and staff efficiency of organizations that matter.

Requirements
Excellent, verbal, written, and presentation skills
Comfortable working with all levels of decision-makers and influencers
Background in selling telephony and communication systems is a plus
Knowledge of the needs of the long-term, acute care and multi-family industries is preferred
Experience selling to medium and large size businesses
Self-motivated, driven and professionally persistent
A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
Software: Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools is important.

Develop and maintain a successful sales funnel, grow existing partnerships with customers, and become a thought-leader in the industry
Learn:
Make yourself an expert on our portfolio of solutions including nurse call, access control, wander management, video surveillance solutions, telephony, and many more
Represent:
Attend regional trade shows and mix with customers and prospects
Reach out:
Participate in market-affiliated groups for networking

Work closely with ClearPath’s sales, management, and operations teams to best serve our customers
