The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the lifecycle of ARCTOS’ contracts which include both government and commercial contracts. This role involves the procurement, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and contract requirements. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will handle the lifecycle of subcontracting and government property management tasks, including the tracking, reporting, and disposition of government and company-acquired property.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCradle to grave contract and subcontract managementParticipate in the preparation of solicitation documentation, proposal review, and negotiationIdentifying and mitigating risk, successfully negotiating favorable terms and pricing, and making recommendations to management.Utilizing your thorough knowledge of government and commercial contracting and procurement regulations to ensure the flow down of appropriate clauses and compliance with contract specifications and applicable laws.Tracking and reporting on the status of contract requirements and deliverables, as well as compliance reporting.Manage and execute the cradle to grave subcontracting process.Manage and execute government property to include transfers and dispositions.Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Government as required.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum 10+ years of professional experience in a contracts/subcontract’s management/procurement role.Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, relevant contract laws and regulations, and DCAA/DCMA compliance.Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and/or subcontracting management operations, including negotiation, risk management, and compliance.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.EDUCATIONAL, CLEARANCE AND CERTIFICATIONRequired:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldPreferred:

Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM)Required:
