· Should have IBM WCS (Web Sphere Commerce) architecture design and development framework.· Should have been part of at least 3 WCS implementations.· Should propose solutions.· Strong experience in JAVA/J2EE.· Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams.· Solid SDLC knowledge and expertise in Agile methodologies.· Should have experience coordinating with offshore teams.· Good interpersonal, problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.
