The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for maximizing the productivity of the sales organization. This role involves developing and optimizing the sales process, improving go-to-market strategies, and implementing sales enablement tools such as CRM, forecasting, and reporting.This role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will be based at the Parkland Boulevard facility in Cleveland, OH.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire sales operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales reporting, and data analytics platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the overall sales process.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in alignment with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth.Develop KPIs surrounding the robust sales process you implement.Manage and optimize the sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition of leads from prospecting to closing, through implementation and customer lifecycle management.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and sales forecasting to maximize the performance of the sales team.Understand the sales team’s requirements and needs surrounding training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to enhance sales performance.Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and areas for strategic growth.Develop and automate processes related to lead management including generation, nurturing, and follow-up.Implement and manage sales metric dashboarding including performance, activity, and data quality.Understand, assess, and bring forward to executive leadership emerging technologies that will enhance the current tech stack.Manage Voice of Customer (VOC) process.Must Haves:Bachelor’s degree, majoring in BA, Finance, Marketing, or related field.5+ years’ experience in sales operations, including 2+ years of management experience.Experience in the implementation and management of sales processes such as forecasting, lead generation, and opportunity management.Experience in the implementation and management of sales tools such as CRM, PowerBi, or other sales automation tools.Ability to translate analysis into specific action plans and present findings to executive leadership clearly and directionally.Flexibility to travel up to 25%.Distribution experience preferred but not required.Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and PowerBi or similar tools.WE Value:Team collaborationOUR Team Members:Do The Right Thing:
