Our consultants deliver innovative total business solutions and IT strategy to help optimize operations and transform organizations.Job Summary:An energetic Sales Business Development Consultant is required to generate demand for Solutions4Business solutions and services and act as the first contact for many prospects.Job Description:The primary focus is to generate demand for Solutions4Business solutions and services through inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical.Act as the first contact for many prospects with inbound telemarketing calls.Qualify prospects and produce quality leads for the Solutions4Business Consulting Sales Force.Perform database and record-keeping activities.Demonstrate time management, telesales skills, and knowledge of Solutions4Business products and services (training provided).Complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.Communicate using technical concepts effectively.Support business development functions—offer support to managers in proposal development, engagement letter development, client correspondence, and monitor/update sales pipeline.Provide internal support to partners and managers as needed.Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field from a Tier 1 university.Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments.Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, senior management teams, and key personnel in business units.Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills.2+ years of experience in management consulting or software sales industry is a plus.Due to the volume of applications, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
