Job Description
Title: Executive Assistant Duration: 6 months (may extend) Requirements:
Must have experience working with high level executives and be able to come in and hit the ground running. Duties include but are NOT limited to: scheduling travel, expenses, calendar management, scheduling conference rooms, screening calls and emails, communicate with other parts of the business. Must be organized, familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook for calendar scheduling, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. MUST be an EXPERT in PowerPoint. Must be able to manage projects independently and help executive put things together. Must have good corporate experience having worked in large companies. Excellent follow-up is an absolute must. Must be capable of multi-tasking, highly proactive, intuitive, possess excellent judgment, be self-sufficient, and sharp. Additional Information
