Develop new user-facing features.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Implement design and user interface mockups into functional applications.Design & implement quality software meeting all industry accepted standards.Participate and contribute to functional requirements analysis.Assist with the analysis of critical application problems, support issues, data evaluation, and offer timely and practical solution recommendations.Be able to multi-task and meet delivery deadlines set by management.Occasionally prepare and deliver written and oral presentations.Approach technical challenges with an open mind and desire to innovate.Leadership and Management / Supervision:
Work actively with the other members of the team.Provide technical leadership to junior team members.Work closely with the Manager of UI Development.Work cooperatively with other UI Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and User Experience Designers as part of an Agile Scrum Team.Work with members of our RESTful team to troubleshoot and debug any API issues.Work with team to ensure complete and correct solution.Work with QA to ensure product quality goals.
