AccountabilityMonitor and coordinate activities to manage preventative maintenance workload/financials and make recommendations for improvement.Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs).Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.Prepare and analyze comprehensive and detailed reports.Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use.May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e.g., business plan or process improvement initiatives related to financials).Provide broad analytical support to the business unit.Qualifications
Qualifications4 year degree in a business-related field.Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in a business-related position.Thorough computer-based analytical skill (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Hyperion, database management).Expertise in PeopleSoft and financial systems
preferred .Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.Strong math and analytical skills.Ability to use spreadsheet applications and learn other specialized software products.Ability to work closely with peers in a teamwork environment.Additional Information
