Responsibilities include performing detailed intake assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing follow-up care to patients in conjunction with Physicians, NPs, Nurses, and other clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team.Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible Schedule (32-40 hours), No Nights, No Weekends, and No Call.Requirements:MA LicenseDEACSRExperience with dual-diagnosed patientsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
