Job Description
Requirements:Technical expertise in design and development on Integration technologyAbility to translate Business Requirement into System RequirementsSubject Matter Expertise in identifying, analyzing and prioritizing technical issues encountered in Integration architecture and designAbility to develop options/alternative solutions to advance business objectivesSelf-driven with the ability to concurrently work on multiple projects from initiation to completionTake ownership and do proactive steps in fulfilling the technical deliverables for business needs in accordance with management direction5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW, EMS and Adapters) requiredProficient in JMS, Web services and general Integration conceptsSolid understanding of XML Schemas and XML messages, WSDL etc.Mandatory:Excellent communication skills5+ years of hands-on Integration technology experience preferably in Senior development rolesWillingness to learn additional Integration tools for batch-based data IntegrationPreferred:Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science/Engineering/related areasCertification in any Middleware/Integration technologies (TIBCO) is preferredIn-depth experience can suffice certificationQualifications
