Other duties may be assigned.Budgeting, Financial Planning, AnalysisPrepare monthly P&L and commentary for one or more subsidiariesPrepare various reports for monthly executive and finance meetingsAnalyze financial reports and provide resulting commentaries regarding major variancesAssist in preparation of the annual plan, forecast update, and mid-term plansAccounting DutiesPrepare month-end journal entriesEnsure all journal entries are prepared and accurately inputMaintain journal entry files and log sheetsReconcile assigned general ledger accountsPrepare CPA firm (Prepared by Client) schedules for year-end audit and quarterly reviewsProcess AP for tire invoicesReview customer remittances & discrepancies in accordance with J-Sox proceduresBankingCalculate daily borrowing amounts to ensure corporate cash requirements are metOther accounting and finance duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
