For more details please visit our website www.epro-tech.comRole Description:This position involves managing metadata and reference data; logical and physical data modeling and associated data dictionaries and data flows; data mapping among data stores; managing reference data; doing data analysis, profiling and quality measures; and definition/management of canonical XSDs.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the metadata, providing a common framework for creating and exposing such data in a clear and consistent manner.Manage the reference data, ensuring consistency and authoritative SOR for such data.Provide guidance, standards and strategic direction in the use and flow of information, as it applies to specific initiatives or projects.Provide organized, consistent, secure and accessible content to those individuals who are empowered with the authority, accountability and decision rights for the proper control and oversight.Eliminate redundancy in data and processes, enable the lineage of information assets across the applications portfolio and establish the common information infrastructure required to support business capabilities and analysis.Enable strategic and consistent usage of the information within the application architecture stack all the way up to the usage by the end-user.Provide support for consistent and efficient design of user experience components, flows and frameworks.Ensure consistency of user experience design across initiatives or projects.Ensure proper and consistent representation of C&AD information within the user interface.Contribute to Architecture standards and guidelines, as well as reusable assets, with regard to user experience components.Skills and Experience:

Hands on experience with strong PL/SQL knowledge.Strong analytical skills with added experience on customer data.Financial industry background is an added advantage.Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in this type of role.Excellent Communication Skills – this individual must be very comfortable working with others. Very team oriented environment. This resource will be working with virtual teams, business partners, bank associates and technical teams.Required Soft Skills:

Ability to work in a team and contribute independently.Coordinate with other project teams and team members.Mentor juniors and work effectively with peers.Self directed and capable of working in a dynamic environment.Technologies:

Erwin/Power designer experience is necessary for this role.Familiarity with Oracle and DB2/UDB.XML/XSD knowledge.The candidate should have experience in these disciplines and should be a pro-active collaborator with related technology, business and governance areas.
