Assess and explain requirements to claimants.Attention to detail to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies, as well as to ensure the quality of work submitted.Application of GAAP principles in the analysis of taxpayer records.Computer skills to create, manipulate, and enhance digital files and information within a variety of standardized computer operating systems.Customer relations and customer service, internal and external to the agency.
