Technical Skill:IWS TL Hands on experience in Installation / Configuration of Genesys IWSStrong Knowledge on Genesys platform SDK.Hands on experience in Genesys Administrator/GAX in performing installation / Configuration and tuning.Strong Knowledge on other Genesys framework Components and interfaces like Genesys WFM / iWS/CRM/recording.Additional Information
