Position Title:

Speech-Language PathologistProgram Summary:To support growth at our new Nicollet Mall Minneapolis location, we are currently hiring in our Pediatric Therapy department. The Speech Language Pathologist works with caregivers and alongside children 12 months of age to approximately 13 years of age. This therapist will have a varied caseload that will include areas across our scope of practice: pragmatic language, pre-linguistic communication, expressive language, receptive language, apraxia, fluency, AAC, phonological disorders, literacy, executive function, voice and feeding (to name a few). You may treat clients as part of a team that may or may not include a mental health therapist, occupational therapist and/or early childhood teacher.Position Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of professionals in a highly regarded pediatric therapy clinic. Full-time position available with potential flexibility of 32-40 hours; Mon-FriOur employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $80,323 - $89,248/annually depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution.
