Lloyd Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to work within our growing team! This is a great opportunity to work with a modern, fast-paced company in the Boca Raton/Fau area. In this role, you will work as part of the Accounting and Finance Team. Significant responsibilities include:Customer invoicingResponding to billing inquiriesPreparing and maintaining records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims, and overdue invoicesApplying all incoming cash receipts and wire payments to the appropriate general ledger accountsEstablishing payment arrangements, posting customer payments, and contacting customers regarding overdue invoicesPerforming weekly reporting and month-end balancing activitiesStarting Salary - 40K Annual with an amazing benefits package.
