6+ MonthsRequired Skills:SSASCubesMDXOLAPJob Description:This developer will be joining the EDABI team, which is building a portal that will house various functions for the EDABI team at Target. This portal will link roughly 250-300 weekly users. The project has been underway and has already had a few releases. This developer will work with complex SSAS to design the project from end to end. The SSAS Developer will join the team to maintain an enterprise-level data warehouse cube. The developer will be responsible for assisting with the development of logical and physical cubes and dimensions and participate in test plan creation and the testing process. The developer will also accurately estimate the size of the development effort and provide complete documentation in the form of commented code, problem status information, and design documents. They will perform thorough unit testing as required to provide a quality product and thorough problem analysis that results in resolution of problems according to standards. Other responsibilities will include:Complete code and other deliverables on scheduleUse Source Control (i.e. SourceSafe) to manage project versions and code changesImplement and enforce company-wide coding standards and best practicesWork in an agile development life cycle approachSupport analysis services database administration tasks during development and post go-liveFollow release management, build process, and versioning within a source control environmentBuild migration development within environments following deployment best practicesWork under minimum supervision, team member, task/goal oriented100% SSASSSAS Dimension Usage design - Many to Many advantages & pitfallsIf you are interested in this position, please forward your profile to
