Service Desk TechnicianDuration:

6-12 months contractPassport number is mandatory for submissionJob Responsibilities:2-3 years of experience in a service desk/help desk roleExperience troubleshooting issuesMust be flexible with shift scheduleExperience in the information technology field supporting inbound customer requests (password resets, account troubleshooting etc.)Previous experience utilizing ticketing systemsProficiency with Windows and Mac laptops and desktopsFamiliarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange environmentsCapable of connecting printers/scanners/copiersStrong written and verbal communication skills - able to relay technical ideas to business audienceAbility to maintain composure, tact and effectiveness under stressful conditionsDesirable Qualifications:Associates DegreeA+ CertificationPrevious experience in retail organization working with POS hardware/softwareExperience working with networking equipment (routers, switches and hubs)Additional Information
