Workplace Design Manager

Job DescriptionThe Workplace Design Manager will oversee a team of talented designers, ensuring that their work is not only creative and innovative but also strategically aligned with our sales goals. This role requires a leader who is both a visionary in design and a strategic thinker, capable of translating creative concepts into actionable plans that support our business objectives. You will also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive design initiatives and create a cohesive brand experience.Required QualificationsProven experience in a leadership role within workplace design, interior design, or architectureStrong ability to create office layouts that customers loveAbility to balance creativity with strategic thinking, aligning design work with business goals.Ability to remain focused on multiple projects at one time with competing timelines.Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.Familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations, such as ADA and IBC codes.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in office space planning and office furniture specification in a dealership environment.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
