DescriptionJob Overview:As a Childcare Provider, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and caring for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a stimulating environment. This position requires a strong foundation in early childhood education, classroom management, and a passion for working with children of various age groups.Rate and Benefits:$500 bonus upon hireHealth insurance for Employee only: Medical $80/month, Dental $11/month, and Vision $1/month. 40 hours per week

(Monday through Friday), located in Renton, WA.Responsibilities:Create a safe and engaging environment for children under your care.Implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime.Maintain cleanliness and organization within the childcare facility.Follow established health and safety protocols at all times.Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure smooth operations.Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.Requirements:Requirements that must be completed before starting:Registration with MERIT and attain STARS ID30 hours STARS trainingProof of negative TB test and MMR VaccineOnboarding processOther requirements:1-year child care experience preferredProficiency in early childhood education principlesAbility to manage a classroom effectively.Must be at least 18 years oldAble to communicate in English verbally and in writingFood Handler’s PermitFirst Aid/CPR cardHIV/Bloodborne Pathogen trainingActive Christian faith and ability to sign our Statement of FaithAbility to work well as part of a team as well as independentlyAbility to work longer daytime hours during school breaks and holidaysJoin our team as a Childcare Provider to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their growth and development in a nurturing environment.Children’s Village Child care is operated by Vision House, a Christian service agency.Applicants will have employment eligibility verified with E-Verify.
