The Product Trainer conducts Sales training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products.Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and in-store training sessions.Follows up to determine applicability of course material.75% of the time on field.Responsible for delivering on-site, classroom-style training to associates.Assists in developing training programs and materials according to department guidelines, call center management input, and systematic training needs analysis.Master computer applications and all new releases and conduct training classes for both new and existing staff as required.Work as a team member to conduct Training Needs Analysis sessions and develop new training programs as needed to support new services offered.Qualifications

Education:Associates degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.Experience:5+ years of related experience is required.Keys to Success

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500 - $115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
