Community Outreach Manager (Parishes)

Please Note: This position is a flex position that does require weekend work
The Outreach Representative serves as the CFCS liaison and advocate for educating families on CFCS educational, mission, and grief ministry programs; products and services; and the benefits of Advanced Planning.
Reporting to the Outreach Director, Outreach Representatives will interact with Location Managers, FSAs, parish staff, CFCS Marketing, and other internal/external support resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiar with marketing research and competitor analysis methods
Proven record of building relationships and networking within the community
Strong public-facing presentation and influencing skills
Experience with special event planning
Possess the ability and willingness to help others and share expert knowledge
Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of direct experience presenting to the public, working with public organizers, and providing customer service
