Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing all daily duties and projects related to the production of Copy, Print and Scanning jobs; mail services, faxing and MFD/Printer fleet management within a mid-size, multi-location law firm. The Manager develops and supervises his or her staff by performing a multitude of responsibilities, including but not limited to, hiring, assignment, training, evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary and bonus administration. This position reports to the Region Operations Manager. Possesses skills and competencies to deliver minimum/basic contracted customer requirements (Document print/Copy/scan, document assembly and finishing). Tasks and activities are defined and routine. Must be process and detail oriented with a focus on high levels of customer service. Qualifications
Able to demonstrate good levels of computer skills. Basic and intermediate use of MS Office, sufficient to maintain reporting in Excel; web access knowledge and Internet skills. Experience in related work process within a law firm. Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails, find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry. Able to demonstrate ability to use Internet Explorer for web browsing, send documents to preconfigured printer. Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages). Sets up and operates automated collators, power paper cutter, stitchers, paper drill, and staplers. Maintains inventory control and records of bindery supplies and materials. Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism. Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs. Customer Service Skills. Desired Candidate Skills: Operate basic Production Print equipment (High Speed printer, copier). Scanning Documents. Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements. Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year). Post high school technology training or experience preferred. Bachelor Degree preferred. Additional Information
