Provide customer support/assistance with the following sample tasks:Troubleshooting ALM Production issues.Troubleshooting BPT issues in ALM and UFT.Provide Mentoring and Training on ALM.ALM 12 Upgrade Plan, Infrastructure sizing, Documentation, Risk mitigation, Implementation and Support.ALM Data Archival Strategy, Solution and Implementation of Results.ALM Integrations, Customizations.ALM Robot install, Configure and use for Upgrade ALM integration with UFT, BPT, and other HP and non-HP tools.Qualifications

HP ALM /QC 12, Installation and Configuration, Integrations, Upgrade, Customization, Data Archival Techniques, OTA/API programming, Administration, HP UFT, BPT Framework.
