Formulation and Filling Technical Services Engineer/Scientist

Artech provides technical expertise to fill gaps in clients' immediate skill-sets availability, deliver emerging technology skill-sets, refresh existing skill base, allow for flexibility in project planning and execution phases, and provide budgeting/financial flexibility by offering contingent labor as a variable cost.Job Description & Responsibilities:The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) group currently has a position open for manufacturing support of the formulation and filling processes. The candidate will provide technical support for transfer of new vaccines into the Holly Springs Fill/Finish area.The successful candidate will perform activities including:Technical protocol and summary report generation as related to technical studies executed in direct support of GMP manufacturing activitiesManufacturing on-floor technical support and troubleshooting (off hours as necessary)Deviation investigation and technical assessmentsCollection, organization, trending, and analysis of GMP manufacturing dataThe candidate should be able to work independently and in a multifunctional team with members from manufacturing, automation, engineering QA and QC.Skills:Experience working in a GMP environmentExperience in sterile injectable manufacturing (Formulation, Filling, Inspection)Experience in data analysis and technical writingStrongly Desirable Skills & Experience:GMP production of vaccine productsProcess validationFamiliarity with LIMS, Trackwise, Delta V, and/or Pi data historianEducation:BS Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experienceMS Science or Engineering and 3+ years of experienceFor more details, please contact:Akriti GuptaAssociate Recruiter (Scientific & Clinical Division)Artech Information Systems LLC360 Mt.
