Looking for a Director of Nursing for an Assisted Living Community that leads the way in memory care for the last 20 years. This is a great opportunity for a Director of Nursing with knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer's disease and/or related dementia. Education:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.Must be currently RN licensed in Texas.Experience:At least one year of experience working in long-term care.Knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and/or related dementia.Supervisory Experience:One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts.Additional Information
