Job Description:Engagement Scope:Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt, and BenefitsData Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDLDeveloping Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast FormulasKnowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecturePrevious experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)Strong Analytical and Communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelPreferred:At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of ProcessesAt least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)/Cloud Modules implementation/integrationAt least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processesQualifications

Basic Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with IT/OracleAdditional Information
