HRIS Analyst with 5 - 7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience.HRIS Analyst requires:General HR and HRIS Industry Knowledge.Demonstrable expertise configuring and maintaining business processes, application settings, security, reports and dashboards in Workday HCM.2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least one global implementation.Analyze large sets of data and ensure that migration of data from legacy sources to Workday is accurate.Leverage the existing library of standard reports from Workday, and augment as needed to satisfy reporting requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners internally as well as 3rd parties to ensure that all components of the Workday implementation are successful.Develop training materials and ad-hoc end user support materials for Workday end-users.Contribute to the development of an HR Operations model for the successful stabilization and support of the new Workday application.
