What You’ll Do:
Be the Leader:
Spearhead the operational execution of complex healthcare projects, guiding your team and subcontractors to success.
Master the Schedule:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using cutting-edge processes and lean principles.
Stay Connected:
Keep a close watch on field operations, ensuring every aspect aligns with your vision for quality and efficiency.
Resource Management:
Oversee all project resources, from safety protocols to schedule adherence, ensuring top-tier constructability and risk management.
Collaborate Seamlessly:
Work closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project coordination.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Manage all scopes of work, ensuring effective communication and alignment across trades and self-perform work.
Drive Project Success:
Identify key milestones and develop strategic plans to ensure timely task completion.
Lead with Purpose:
Conduct impactful meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of alignment and collaboration.
Innovate for Growth:
Support business development and project pursuits with strategic insights and forward-thinking approaches.

Act as a catalyst for the growth of your team, coaching and mentoring your direct reports and craft workers.
What You Bring:
Experience:
10+ years in construction, with a focus on Healthcare, OSHPD (HCAI), or related sectors in the Bay Area.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead large, ground-up projects from preconstruction through to completion.
Scheduling Expertise:
Proficiency in P6 scheduling, including development, maintenance, and updates.
Safety First:
Extensive experience in monitoring and enforcing job site safety procedures.
Team Development:
A strong background in mentoring and developing team members, fostering their growth.
Certifications:
Relevant market and safety certifications that underscore your expertise.
Attitude:
A positive, team-oriented mindset that drives collaboration and unity.
