Senior Product Analyst

to join our Nashville, TN team. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services,

HCA Healthcare .

Summary:

The Senior Product Analyst, Expanse Automation will report directly to the EHR Product Manager and work closely with the Expanse team and other business partners. This role will collaborate with various leaders, product owners, analysts, project managers, and technical solution providers across the enterprise to deliver on business needs related to the implementation of the Expanse EHR. The Senior Product Analyst will be accountable for the coordination of designated work efforts, escalation of issues, and support of associated areas to ensure a successful EHR implementation and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will be data-minded and data-curious. The individual should be innovative and passionate about developing new automation capabilities alongside the Expanse product team and Automation Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with various teams to understand opportunities and challenges related to the implementation of Expanse using automation.

Lead day-to-day efforts associated with building and optimizing Expanse Automation strategy.

Responsibility over enablement of tools and processes in support of Expanse Automation strategy.

Propose recommendations, adjustments and/or process improvements to achieve success as needed.

Development of support tools to assist in effective and efficient functional implementations.

Coordination of efforts across multiple business lines to create a “big picture” view and collaborative team effort to meet project deliverables.

Provide assistance and support to facilitate business needs as they arise.

Escalation of concerns or issues that could impact a successful project go live in a timely and detailed manner.

Attendance and participation in team and/or project meetings.

Provide detailed report outs and status updates as needed.

Some travel may be required to support business efforts.

Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience with product development and/or IT implementations preferred.

Experience with data tools (PowerBI, SQL, Teradata) a plus.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Comfortable performing basic joining functionality within datasets (VLOOKUP, JOIN, etc.).

Knowledge of business process improvement, workflows and evaluation of processes.

Ability to be adaptable and flexible with a changing environment.

Ability to accomplish assignments, analyzing a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management on aspects of IT system development, operations and solutions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Defines, plans, orchestrates and delivers a given strategic initiative.

Ability to manage, organize, and make decisions.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Proven ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives.

Focused, versatile, and comfortable under pressure.

Excellent written and oral communication capability and presentation skills.

Ability to present and facilitate ideas while creating alignment among audience of varying disciplines.

Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization.

Bachelor Degree preferred.

3-5 years of relevant work experience required, preferably working with clinical data.

Experience working with an EHR is preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.
