Our applications engineering team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of design, frameworks, operating systems, and low-level software - by joining us you will work closely with peers across these functions to deliver life-changing products to our customers.
Description
The ideal candidate for this role is driven to craft innovative spatial user experiences which leverage both 2D and 3D content. You're familiar with Apple's UI/UX frameworks and technologies. You have experience engineering both prototype and production-quality spatial UX solutions. You enjoy collaborating with designers, artists, and other engineers, working to bring a combination of creative and technical visions to reality.
Responsibilities
3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong grasp of application software design principlesFamiliarity with SwiftUI and/or UIKitProficient in Swift, C++ or ObjC
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceUnderstanding and experience working with real-time 3D content
Pay & Benefits
Base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
