This person will support the daily operation support for the client network. Their role will be to respond to trouble tickets on a daily basis. This person will also assist in applying patches and performing minor IOS upgrades. Technically, this person should be well-versed with many different types of CISCO technology, including the latest NEXUS switches, routers, load balancers, wireless controllers, APs, and CISCO voice products. They should also have a good understanding of DNS and IP addressing tools. This opportunity would be local to Portland, Oregon. However, we are willing to look at candidates who are Seattle-based. That person would need to spend 4 or 5 days a week in Portland.Additional Information
