Certified Case Manager.Bachelor's degree or Master's preferred in either field.A minimum of five years clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred.Special Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of JCAHO & CMS standards as well as federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the functions of the department. Must have the ability to assess information, apply critical thinking, determine the best course of action, and convey necessary information to the interdisciplinary team. Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to prioritize workload and adjust staffing up or down, depending on census and patient need.Client will assist with relocation allowance.Client offers excellent salary, benefits, relocation package, and more.
