Pay Rate:

$30.00/Hourly on w-2

Schedule:

2-3 weekdays and every other weekend, 38-40 hrs

Duties:

Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.Licensure/Certifications:

The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.Education:

Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.Job Type:
