Required Skills/Experience:Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with HighlinePersonality/ePersonality (eP)/NextGen HRIS & Payroll application ‐ both front‐end and back-end.Experience working with HR analysts and technicians in defining, evaluating, and establishing application configuration for eP.Experience working with payroll manager and payroll staff in defining, evaluating, and establishing application configuration for eP.Experience defining, evaluating, and establishing application configuration for eP’s ESS.Experience managing, maintaining, and debugging GL interface from eP payroll.Experience managing, maintaining, and overseeing payroll calendars and other scheduled functions in eP.Experience in Crystal reports and Oracle BI discoverer.Additional Skills/Experience:Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with Performance Series G/L accounting system.Familiar with Unix environment and programming language (i.e. COBOL).Experience working with accountants to manage day-to-day work.Ability to learn how to publish Accounting reports on Unix server.Understanding of Performance Series data table structure and ability to pull open documents (open requisitions, open orders, and open invoices, etc.).Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with Questica budgeting system.Experience working with Questica budgeting system – development environment.Experience working on interface development between finance/HR system and Questica system.Experience working with finance department analysts in managing the day-to-day support of Questica system.Ability to learn and pick up new technology to support systems besides Payroll/HR and Performance Series.Experience with a public sector agency highly preferred.General Skills & Abilities:Communication skills to define and document requirements.Excellent documentation skills.Willingness to document processes and procedures, enabling turnover to production.Qualifications
