Organization serves the acute care psychiatric needs of adults aged 18 or above, including young adults and geriatric patients.The director must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge, and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Extensive knowledge in Baker Act law, EMTALA regulations, and other state and federal laws is required.Qualifications:MSNBLS, CPI5 years mental health management experience as Director or ManagerMust have strong experience with all age populations ages 18 years or above, including young adults and geriatric patients.Compensation:
