Collection and accounts receivable management for AR trade customersEnsure the complete and timely collection of accounts receivableAnalyze aged trial balance of accounts receivableCommunicate with customers and negotiate repayment termsRespond to customer inquiries on a timely basisReconciliation of accounts receivablePrepare special reports as requiredPrepare and recommend credit filesMonthly reporting and journal entriesCredit department processes support and improvementKnowledge/Skills Required:
Outstanding customer serviceOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical skillsTeam PlayerAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyAbility to handle multiple assignments and high-stress situations with professionalismCredit and accounts receivable experience preferredExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, ExcelCollege degree or equivalent experience is required; University degree is an assetAccounting knowledge (university course or equivalent)
