ISN is seeking an individual that will support Business Development and corporate operations, focusing on proposal pricing and project finance management.Manage all pricing functions and assigned reporting responsibilitiesOversee cost analysis and estimating for major bidsDevelop flexible financial models for cost proposals and decision-makingPrepare cost volume narratives and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposalsProvide strategic insights for achieving Price To Win (PTW) targetsReporting Duties:Design and implement budget and planning tools/processes using applications like Excel, Access, and CognosMaintain Financial System (Deltek Costpoint) budget modules for standard variance reportingEnsure accuracy and integrity of management reports on costs and budgetsSupport audit requests related to pricing and costingCollaborate with internal departments on special projectsMaintain cash flow forecasting modelsTechnical Management Artifacts:Generate and maintain technical documentation, reports, and artifacts for program operationsCollaborate with program managers and technical teams for effective decision-makingData Analysis and Reporting:Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in program performanceDeliver comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvementProgram Support:Support planning, monitoring, and execution of program activitiesEnsure compliance with established processes and proceduresQualifications
Advanced Excel skills3-5 years in Federal Government proposals and project life cycleCostpoint 7.1.1 experienceIn-depth knowledge of contract typesBachelor’s Degree in a related fieldAdditional Information
