Job Description:
Looking to migrate data from our Hyperion Planning environment where the data is stored in an Essbase multi-dimensional database, into our Enterprise Data Warehouse.
This involves taking the fragmented multi-dimensional hierarchical structures and translating them into meaningful relational structures.
The hierarchical data needs to be aligned across each dimension into meaningful business grouping and terms that can be stored in a relational/star schema format.
Data relationships need to be identified, documented, and mapped.
Work with Kemper data architect to determine the best EDW target structures (star schema).
Document data transformations for the ETL developer.
Test data loaded from Essbase into the EDW for completeness and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of Essbase, relational DB, and financial processes are needed. Insurance experience would be extremely helpful.
H1b, US Citizens, GC, EAD, and TN Permit.
