Offer cybersecurity-oriented strategic advisory and assistance servicesHelp improve the quality and integrity of federal security programsAnalyze and offer ideas to improve security architectureEngage stakeholders to help them strengthen their security capabilitiesMeasure and demonstrate software compliance with internal and external regulationsBuild custom Splunk scripts and applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive infrastructure solutionsDesign custom Splunk searches, programming, and reporting to meet client needsExecute well-thought-out proof of concept documentsWork with UNIX, Linux, and Windows server admin teams to diagnose and resolve configuration issuesPerform vulnerability scans against client networks and applications using tools such as Tenable Nessus and SecurityCenter, Acunetix, Arachni, and AppDetective ProEvaluate findings from vulnerability scans to identify false-positives, and recommend mitigation proceduresQualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience; familiar with host based scanning but also web application scanning3+ years knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity1+ years of Splunk experienceHands-on experience in large, dynamic enterprise IT environments (500+ servers)Knowledge of hardware platformsPreference for experience in Splunk, SecurityCenter, Nessus, Acunetix, Arachni, and AppDetective ProRequirements:
