Find your future with us.Job SummaryReporting to the VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, the Operations Engineer will be responsible for supporting Millennium Space Systems with an emphasis on analytics, systems requirements definition and implementing large scale initiatives to meet business objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to make a large impact to the business, by implementing new systems and strategies that impact manufacturing and supply chain as well as interfaces between teams across the business to support efficient execution. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high performing operations team and have a direct impact on the success of our organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport business analytics and system requirement definitionDevelop methods to forecast headcount requirements and skillsets necessary to meet business objectivesAnalyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).Manage trade space and justification for new system implementation, and support implementation across teamsSupport metrics development and implementationPartner with manufacturing and supply chain leadership team to identify, implement and propose large scale business initiativesRefine the end to end process flow supporting business operations, partnering with cross functional teams to improve efficiencyPropose and present executive level briefings.Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status.Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational trainingMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline (i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science etc.)2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making2+ years experience in executive communications and cross functional project ownershipExperience proposing and driving corporate business changesPreferred QualificationsExperience in the aerospace industryThrives in a high-growth environment and adapts to evolving business needsExperience with operational analysis including capacity analysis, gap analysisHighly organized; able to manage complex problems with a broad scope of work across multiple disciplinesExperience with SQL and PowerBISummary Pay-RangeLevel 3: $93,500 - $137,500Level 4: $115,600 - $170,000Benefits and PerksMillennium Space Systems offers a very competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan.Before applying, please note:Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company.
