Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:Minimum 6+ Years of experience in Dot Net ProgrammingHands-on experience in asp.net, Vb.netStrong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAPGood knowledge about Excel & Power Shell scriptingShould have knowledge about Incident Management processRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible for overall application design and coding for Dot Net ApplicationsLead Dot Net Programmers TeamGuide onshore and offshore Dot Net Developers to ensure standards are metWork with the application development teams throughout the development life cycleStay current with emerging industry trendsAbility to take initiative and ownership on tasksGood written and oral communicationExplain complex design items through documents and white-board sessionsDesirable Technical / Functional Skills:Work with different teams and the team of programmers to review and redesign Dot Net applications with complete considerations on infrastructure capability, performance, and supportability to achieve end user business results.
