Required Skills:Experience with Agile MethodologiesAbility to prepare cost estimatesKnowledge/experience of SDLC practicesEffective liaison between business and technical teamsStrong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groupsApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)Capacity PlanningStrong understanding of the Agile values and underlying principlesStrong understanding of Scrum Master methodologies and best practicesExcellent leadership skills and facilitation abilitiesProven ability to create and maintain high level technical documentsResponsibilities will include:Able to perform the complete system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing and implementationAble to create User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria as to when code is “Ready”Developing and analyzing project functional and business requirementsBusiness process analysisDefining and documenting internal and external user interfacesProviding requirement clarification, when necessaryDeveloping wire frames, workflows, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other analysis-type documentationLead standup meetingsPerform industry research to clarify, define, or satisfy technology or business process issues
