Marketing SpecialistThis job posting is for a full-time position with the Brookside Health Group (BHG).The role involves working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid arrangement requiring office presence in Denver, Colorado on Tuesdays.Job Responsibilities
Brand Management
Understanding & Planning:
Maintain knowledge of BHG’s brand, strategic plan, marketing goals, and objectives.Campaigns:
Support global brand campaign planning and analysis, develop, execute, and manage promotional collateral.Integration:
Lead integrated work with digital, content, and creative teams for channel plans and campaign measurement.Creative Direction:
Provide creative direction for media and marketing materials.Project Management:
Oversee timelines for new projects and internal review processes.Reporting:
Lead campaign recaps and quarterly reporting, analyzing performance metrics.Web Management:
Oversee web platforms for branded collateral and assets.Compliance:
Ensure brand compliance for BHG and affiliate brands.Support:
Assist in communication support for affiliate brands and manage agency/vendor relationships.Event Participation:
Act as a brand ambassador at events.Clinic and Physician Marketing
Strategic Partnership:
Serve as a liaison for BHG clinic operations to deliver effective marketing plans.Project Intake:
Support intake of new requests and develop strategic briefs.Marketing Plans:
Develop and execute marketing plans for service lines and specialties.Onboarding:
Lead marketing efforts for new physician onboarding.Requests & Projects:
Support clinic marketing requests and special projects.Communication:
Maintain consistent communication between marketing and operations teams.Project Management
Coordination:
Lead project coordination for clinic/operations client projects and strategic events.Budget Management:
Manage relevant marketing budgets and assist in accounts payable.Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience:
At least 6 years of related work experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience:
Marketing/communications, project management, media campaigns, and corporate branding/marketing.Integrated Programs:
Experience with integrated marketing programs for varied audiences.Influence:
Ability to build credibility and influence leadership on marketing strategies.Simplification:
Ability to simplify complex data into actionable plans.Project Management:
Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and managing deadlines.Communication:
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.Problem-Solving:
